At AGS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is always risk-free and convenient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
